Review by hotel critic

Nestled within the picturesque mountains, Bergdorf Riesner provided a serene retreat that left me rejuvenated. The new chalets were a delightful sanctuary, offering comfort and a glimpse into traditional Austrian charm. The morning breakfast delivery and afternoon coffee and cake added a touch of indulgence to each day. The spa facilities were a haven of relaxation, especially the sauna, where I could unwind amidst the tranquil surroundings. The massage treatment I indulged in was rejuvenating, melting away the stresses of everyday life. The terrace, with its stunning mountain views, offered a perfect spot for contemplation. The peaceful ambiance of the hotel, along with the gracious service, made for a truly restorative stay. I appreciated the subtle touches of Austrian hospitality throughout my visit. Bergdorf Riesner is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful escape amidst nature's beauty.
